My Story

God has been uncommonly good to me.

Life has rarely been easy, but I never let that stop me from finding meaning in my struggles.

Frustration, setbacks, and detours have turned my average life into an extraordinary story of perseverance and fortitude.

Photographing nature has given me a way to channel my feelings into something productive. It allows me to show appreciation for the natural world and incorporate it into my digital footprint, which has become my creative canvas and my sanctuary.

I see myself as an everyday kind of artist. My early photographic inspiration stems from studying Imogen Cunningham and Ansel Adams in a college photography course.

I have expanded my digital body of artwork to encompass new outdoor photographs taken of me by cherished friends and colleagues. Click on the names in the menu to meet them and find out what inspires them to create.
