Website Designer & Everyday Artist
It takes courage to say, “I like this.”
In the age of social media, we might not give it as much thought as we used to about whether we say we like something or not.
When no one else is saying the same thing and especially when they are saying exactly the opposite, you put yourself out there when you admit that something catches your interest and you can’t look away.
That’s how it starts for creators. And in the beginning stages of a new fascination, it takes confidence to turn the fascination into art or work, or both. I had to develop confidence to pursue web design and photography even though there are better web designers and better photographers out there.
I decided to create even though I had no resources to support my activities, but I think that’s where something beautiful is born. That moment was special when I said to myself, “I don’t care that everyone is watching. Let them! I’m going to make anyway.”
